- Tuesday, February 22, 2011 - 6:30 PM - 8 PM
- Wednesday, February 23, 2011 - 9AM-11AM and 6:30PM-8PM
- Thursday, February 24, 2011 - 9AM-11AM
Registration takes place in the school hall located at 2612 East Monmouth Street.
Tuition Rates for 2011/2012
- Tuition rates and agreement for 2011/2012 will be published shortly.
Registration of New Students in Grades Pre Kindergarten through Eight
- Children entering Pre Kindergarten must be four years of age on or before September 1st and must be potty trained.
- Children entering Kindergarten must be five years of age on or before September 1st.
- Children entering First Grade must be six years of age on or before September 1st. In addition, they must have completed a full year of Kindergarten.
- Children entering Grades 5, 6, 7 and 8 are received on a probationary basis until the end of the first marking period. Then they may be formally accepted if conditions warrant acceptance.
- Non-Catholic children admitted to Mother of Divine Grace School are required to take classes in all academic areas including religion. These children attend all liturgical celebrations.
- Parents and Guardians of all new students will meet with the principal at the time of registration for a pre-admission interview.
Required for Registration of New Students in Grades Pre Kindergarten through Eight
***The following documents and records must be presented at the time of registration***
- Birth Certificate
- Child's Social Security Card
- Immunization records from the doctor.
- The registration fee for new families will be announced at a later date.
- Baptismal Certificate if baptized in a parish other than Mother of Divine Grace.
- A copy of the child's most recent report card from the school in which the child is currently enrolled.
- Any other pertinent information that may relate to the child's achievement in a school setting.
- Whenever there is a family situation involving either divorce or separation, a copy of the court order must be presented for the office file.
- If you a registered parishioner at another parish you must have a letter from that pastor stating that you have permission for your child to attend Mother of Divine Grace School. This letter must be presented the day that you register your child.
***Please note: No registration will be taken if any of the above documents and records are not presented at the time of registration.***
